Frequently asked
How long does delivery take?
All prints are made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days. UK standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, undamaged condition. Because all prints are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind on custom sizes. Damaged items are always replaced free of charge — just contact us within 48 hours with a photo.
What paper and print quality do you use?
All art prints are produced on 230gsm premium satin art paper using professional pigment inks for vibrant, fade-resistant colour. Canvas prints use a 340gsm artist-grade canvas. Our fulfilment partner is Prodigi UK.
Do you offer custom or bespoke designs?
At this time we don't offer fully bespoke designs, but we're always happy to discuss custom colourways or size requests. Drop us an email and we'll see what we can do.
Are the frames included in the price?
The frame price is included when you select a framed option on the product page. You can also order prints unframed if you prefer to source your own frame. All framed prints come with shatter-resistant acrylic glazing.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes — we ship internationally through our fulfilment partners. International shipping costs and timescales vary by destination. These will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.
